I posted something new. I decided I would do my own version of Jump by Van Halen.
I have two reasons for this:
1.) I was bored and needed something to do
2.) other versions I had heard didn't do it justice for me

I've started work on my own version of a classic song that I loved playing with orchestra in high school, Russian Sailors Dance. It is such an awesome piece and i decided I would try something myself to see if I can possibly do it any justice. I don't have enough going yet to post something for you to hear, but something will be up soon enough.

Finally finished my WIP that's been up forever. I still have issues with it, but whatever. I figured I'd post it anyway and get some feedback.

I swear that I'll eventually finish the WIP i have up right now...and name it properly, haha. I just have had finals going on this week and so I put off the music to study. It will get done, I promise.

I called it that because I was listening to the news talk about the somalian pirate incident in the background while making it, and now I picture a pirate pelvic-thrusting everytime I hear it. Would someone be willing to make a flash accordingly since I am not quite that talented

Just another update on what I have planned for the near future. Fairly soon (hopefully in the next week or so) I'll be doing a collab audio project with my buddy Keiichi-kun. I'll let you know when that's started. We've got some ideas going, but one we threw out was to do our own remix of the song Don't Be A Douchebag! by Jump Smokers. Great song if you haven't heard it. Also, i am in the process of doing a remix of Mad World (the Gary Jules verison). I'll be sure to let everyone know when that's up.
